During this panel, we will learn and experience how simple breathing exercises can change your life. Breathing is the quickest and most powerful tool that has been shown to reduce anxiety, slow panic, elevate mood and concentration, increase endurance, and improve sleep. You will learn the basic principles of proper breathing and how you can use specific techniques in different moments to induce the states of being you desire.

MEET OUR MODERATOR:
Davi Brown is the Head of Education at Breathwrk, an app that shares evidence based breathing exercises. She has been teaching breathwork for ten years and is certified by Leonard Orr through Rebirthing Breathwork International and the Kundalini Research Institute. Davi focuses her teaching on principles with efficacy rather than one particular modality, to provide access to better breathing to people all across the globe.
